Personalized & Custom Orders

All personalized, custom engraved, laser-cut, and sublimated products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

For this reason, custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect spelling, names, dates, or other information provided by the customer
  • Incorrect color, size, or style selected during ordering
  • Poor-quality images or artwork uploaded by the customer
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Gifts that are no longer needed

Please carefully review your order before submitting it.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Incorrect due to an error on our part

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and, if applicable, the shipping packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly:

  • Replace the item,
  • Repair the item when appropriate, or
  • Issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.

Non-Personalized Items

Non-personalized merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the item:

  • Is unused
  • Is in its original condition
  • Is returned in its original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun.

Once production starts, custom orders cannot be canceled because materials and labor have already been committed to your project.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your financial institution to process the refund.

Color & Material Variations

Due to differences in monitor settings, natural wood grain, leather texture, metal finishes, acrylic manufacturing, and engraving processes, slight variations in color, engraving depth, and appearance are normal and are not considered defects.

Each handmade item is unique.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier.

Leeny’s Novelties is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
